The document is usually zoomed at 100% for the ease of viewing and editing of the document. Zoom out to a lower level so that you can view the entire page of your document on the screen.
Use the toggle at the bottom right corner of the screen to zoom out and adjust the page visibility on your screen.
Now you need to take a screenshot of your document. If you are using Windows then use the following techniques.
2. Print Screen Key (In Windows)
Use the print screen key or ‘prt sc’ on your keyboard to capture the document’s image.
Open the Paint App on your Pc or laptop. Click on the ‘Paste’ option, shaped like a clipboard at the top left corner.
You would find the entire screen that you had captured. Use the Paint tools to crop the image accordingly such that only the page is selected.
Click on the ‘Save’ or ‘Save As’ option. Name the file and change the file type as JPEG from the ‘File type’ drop-down menu at the bottom.
Now the Word document page is saved as a JPEG image.
3. Snip & Sketch Tool (In Windows)
You can also the ‘Snip and Sketch’ mode in Windows. Search for the tool in the search bar and click on ‘New’. Use the adjusting toggles to cover the entire document page.
Now save the selected portion of the screen by clicking on the ‘Save icon’ at the top right corner. Now you have captured your document page’s image.
Change the file type to JPEG. There are several other options available such as PNG, GIF, etc.
In the case of Mac, use the Screenshot tool. You can use this shortcut to open the tool ‘Cmd+Shift+4’.
Adjust and select the document page using the toggles. Save the document page by clicking on File and selecting the ‘Export’ option.
Change the file type to JPEG from the ‘Save file as’ drop-down menu.
Convert from PDF to JPEG (For Windows)
This is another simple technique that can be used for saving a word document as a JPEG as a whole instead of capturing individual pages in Windows. This is a very useful method if you have to save a Word document as a JPEG which has lots of pages.
First, we need to convert the document into PDF and then convert the PDF into JPEG format. Follow these steps to change a document into PDF:

Open the Word document and click on the File menu.
Click on Save As option and choose the file format as PDF.
To convert PDF into JPEG
Download the Microsoft File Converter from the Microsoft store.
Use the application to open the PDF file to be converted under the PDF to JPEG option.
Browse and select the PDF. Click on the ‘Open’ option.
Choose a destination folder for the JPEG file and click on the ‘Convert’ option.
Now the PDF would be saved in JPEG format at the specified location.

Open the Word document and click on the File menu.
Click on Save As option and choose the file format as PDF.
To convert PDF into JPEG
Use the Preview App on Mac to view the PDF by right-clicking on the file.

Give your JPEG file a name under the ‘Export As’ tab and change the format from PDF by using the Format drop-down menu.
